Caring For Your Eyes
We've been told to eat our carrots for good eye site. Well carrots aren't
the only vegetable that's good for healthy eyes. A diet rich in vegetables
such as, spinach, kale, collard greens, and other dark green leafy green
are especially good choices. There are also fruits that help in our site such
as, peaches, apricots, oranges, strawberries, grapes papaya to name a few.
A diet rich in a variety of fruits and vegetables helps keep your eyes and
your whole body healthy.
