WINTER IS ROUGH ON THE SKIN
During the winter months our skin can dry out. It is important to look at your body daily.
Look for cuts, scrapes and cracks. Don't forget your hands and feet. Properly clean the area if you have any cuts to the skin. Use an antibiotic cream. See a doctor if not better in a few days. Remember to clean and dry your feet. Keep yourself hydrated (drinking water) and keep your skin moisturize.
